You can change your fitness goals by going to Settings → Fitness Profile. There you can update your daily calorie target, step goals, and other fitness objectives.
AwFit uses AI-powered estimation based on photos and meal descriptions. Calorie estimates can vary between apps due to different calculation methods, food databases, and portion size estimation. Our estimates are approximate and should be used as a guide.
Go to Settings → Fitness Band Settings. From there, you can connect Fitbit, Garmin, or use Apple Watch/HealthKit integration. Make sure you have the necessary permissions enabled.
You can manage your subscription from the Support page → Manage Subscription. This will guide you through your options including pausing or canceling your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
Our AI-powered calorie estimates are approximate and based on visual analysis of your meal photos. Accuracy depends on photo quality, lighting, and food visibility. For best results, take clear photos with good lighting.
Yes! Go to Settings → Data → Export meals CSV to download a CSV file of all your meal data. This allows you to keep a backup of your information.
AwFit uses iCloud to sync your data across devices. Make sure you're signed in to iCloud on all your devices and have iCloud enabled in your Apple ID settings.
